This is all we've seen of Lyd lately...her on the move!

In this particular picture, though, she was trying on her Cinderella leotard (which was adorable, btw), and wouldn't let us snap her picture for love or money.

Sorry to have been a stranger this week, but with Halloween this weekend, I've got costumes coming out of my ears! Massey has relented and is going to dress up with us, so I'll be sure to reveal our costumes soon (we're going to look ridiculous).

I've also (foolishly) planned a major shindig at my house for the near future...

...which means I'm also up to my ears in paint, paint, paint. Yes, painting furniture saves money that I would have spent on new furniture, but lordy me, it is time consuming!

And the trim. Don't get me started on the trim.

It will look fabulous, though. I can promise you that. Pictures will be here shortly, of course.

Tomorrow I'm hoping to take 1/2 day off so that I can keep painting, painting, painting. Ugh.

My brain is done. Game over.
